Work Scope:  For this build the client wanted a little extra space in her loft, and also a staircase. She had a very steep ladder and wasn’t safe for children. So I designed and built a 6′ x 6′ loft extension with a modern railing design. We used all Douglas Fir lumber and polycarbonate paneling for the railing. This gives a modern look at an affordable price.
